My dearest John, oh how I am saddened & heartbroken to hear of your passing. I know it had been a few years since we last communicated, and I have miss you dearly. I wish you had called or contacted me or one of us from here in the Valley, (McAllen, TX) whenever you needed anything. I have so many fond memories of you and with you. I have all our pics & memories of different things we did. I also really appreciated the time you took to visit me, my daughter & my mom in Arizona back in 2020. I have those pics as well. My mother also sends her condolences, she was fond of you as well.…

John, I can not express the sorrow and pain that came over me when I heard that you were no longer with us. Although I had not seen you in years, we kept in touch. The Martinez family in McAllen sends their deepest condolences to your family, especially your mother. You were like a brother to me. We all loved you and will be forever thankful that we got to call you our friend. There will never be another one like you. I will always miss you. May you Rest In Peace and let God hold you in his loving arms. Until we meet again, brother...David Martinez
